Universal's Loews Royal Pacific Resort

This was a fantastic experience and it definitely in our top two club level experiences. The food was outstanding (even with our food allergies and special requests). Even though the club room was under renovation during our visit, the temporary location was welcoming and spacious. I am excited to see what the new space will look like and we are excited to return for a future stay. The staff in the club room was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Jillian and Elida went above and beyond for us throughout the trip and made the stay even better. What a pleasure it was staying here, my family and I were very pleased by the staff and the accommodations. My son loved the pool and arcade, the water taxi was very convenient. We didn't want to leave! We'll definitely stay here again!

We took advantage of the Express passes for The Universal Parks that were free for guests of the hotel. The resort is beautiful and was an easy walk to City Walk and the parks. The room could have been a little cleaner. Some stains on the sheets, and lint in the air when we turned down the bed sheets. Maybe this room had been sitting empty for awhile. There was also heavy dust behind the nightstands. Other than that, a comfortable and beautiful resort.

The whole entire staff at Royal Pacific were great! From the moment we got out of our shuttle till we left to fly back home. We're so happy to call this place our home away from home. It was a wise choice. Perfect weather, it was relaxing, and the crowds are okay. Gradbash was happening so the parks are closed earlier on select days. We believe staying on-site is the only way to go! The biggest advantage of staying on-site is that select resorts such as Royal Pacific provide free express passes and early admission to the parks. The other resorts offering these perks are Hard Rock Hotel and Portifino Bay. Love the boat rides to and from the parks and City Walk.
