From the beginning the whole stay was horrible. For starters when we got to the hotel my rooms wasn’t ready, on top of that I requested connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I had & and they didn’t have that ready either. Than on top of that the room was not spacious at all The lighting in the room is barely there little to no light. We had a second floor room which had a view of nothing. The bathing had little creatures running around & the sink was clogged up . Don’t even try to get drinks in their glasses just ask for plastic cups lipstick stains still on the glasses she changed them and the glasses were still dirty. Don’t get me started on the over priced beach accessories they want to charge you for you should come with you stay the beach towels has holes & stains on them Smh. Also the drinks at the bar were very overpriced why would an NON-alcohol drink be the same price as a drink with alcohol & have the nerve to want to add 20% service charge to the bill that’s your waiters tip right there. For breakfast they have a buffet for $20 forget about it you better off eating on the strip the buffet breakfast only had ( nasty fluffy eggs, burnt bacon, dried up potatoes, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cantaloupe, pineapples, honeydew melon, hard bread & croissants, apples & 2 kinds of cereal fruit loops & Frosted Flakes) you get you some French toast and pancakes on the strip don’t bother, please don’t let me mention that it took 45 minutes for the to heat up Tyson chicken wings & French fries. The big issue of it all was I went out for my birthday tried to go back to my room to Change mind you I couldn’t get in my room to change than I go to concierge they gave me a new key and still can’t get into my room so the concierge person comes up with me he can’t get in. Than security come they can’t get in nobody knows what’s going on spent 30 minutes trying to get in my room spoke to the manager as I was on my way out again she reassured me that I would be able to get in my room wh
