I love the Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom and always stay here. Whether I come once a month or every few months, the front desk recognizes me and always makes me feel welcome. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous. We love the Cafe des Artistes restaurant and also the Bar! Great food and great ambiance. And I haven’t even gotten to mention location It’s perfect. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom! The fragrance when you enter the hotel is sophisticated, beautiful while soft! We like the bar area and can't wait for the outside patio to get set up for the summer. We will spend hours just sitting outside watching the world go by. We definitely would stay here again on a return trip to Bangkok.
