This hotel exceeded my expectations. Indeed a great location for shopping and dining. The hotel feels really secure. We could not hear a thing from our room at nights. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, in line with the Balinese way of hospitality. They are always smiling. Room was really clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the pool. I’d return to this hotel without a doubt.
