Bed - was very comfortable - an arguably one of the most important features of a hotel stay. Bathroom - same comments on the appearance as the room - dark colors, old hardware, but large mirror and sufficient light. Amenities are very limited and it was clear that at least the body lotion bottle wasn't replaced when the room was setup for check in - it was open and used. Service - friendly but a bit unsophisticated. When we checked into the room it had too beds. We asked to be switched to a room with a one king bed, if available. It was - thank you. But two staff members must have asked five times if we touched anything in the room. We haven't and assured them as such. The room we received as a substitute didn't have the overpowering smell of deodorant spray in the furniture but the toilet bowl was still black under the rim, though not nearly as bad as the first room. The staff were responsive and the head of room cleaning came personally to scrub the toilet. She wasn't able to get it completely clean. I would never go back to this hotel again although the parking, location, and staff were good.
